When I Started: Feb 2008
HOW I STARTED:

putting on more muscle was my goal I hate it when shirts don't fit right ;(

WHY I LOVE IT:

After every set you feel pumped its a rush when your lifting that wight more and more each week you get stronger, feels great feels real, feels like you've accomplished something
