Background

When I Started: Apr 2000
HOW I STARTED:

I was originally inspired by 'Body for Life' and the movies 'Pumping Iron' and 'Body of Work'

WHY I LOVE IT:

A physique transformation begins in your mind first. You have to see it, visualize it and believe it. The decisions and actions you make on an hourly/daily basis all add up. Because, if you don't make gains every single day, when are you going to make them? This is why I love bodybuilding...the discipline required to get into shape quickly translates into other areas of your life. Some amazing things have manifested in my life in the last 3 months, most of it too personal to reveal right here in my profile. However, one amazing development is writing exclusive articles for Tom Venuto's private membership site at 'Burn The Fat Inner Circle'. I hold this dear to my heart as Tom is someone I have admired for years and back in my 'dark days' I could never have dreamed that I would be writing articles for him. I could write another 10 paragraphs but I think you get the point. YES, I love bodybuilding!

My Motivation Program

Using visualization pictures and constantly setting new goals. I also have hundreds of daily readers to my 'original' blog (listed above)which holds me accountable.

On my 'original' blog I have documented every single day of my ongoing journey since Day 1 November 8, 2006.

The blog contains daily pictures, progress reports, specific workouts & nutrition plan, and also my emotions, thoughts and struggles as I progressed.

But be warned, some of it is very personal stuff, it is not light reading.

6 Months In 66 Seconds: The New Doctrine

Posted in Training  :  Dec 28, 2010 4:54pm
G'day, I have something a little different today. 12 hours ago I started work on a new video titled 6 Months In 66 Seconds: The New Doctrine. I made this video specifically for the 66 Seconds Internet Video Maven Contest being conducted by Rich Schefren. The deadline for submission was one hour ago, and I made it just in time! Below is the YouTube Video Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=17BrdAg_Fzc If you like this video you can vote for it at www.strategicprofits.com/blog Cheers, Adam Waters

New Video: 84 Days In 48 Seconds - Fat Loss Mission 1

Posted in Training  :  Dec 28, 2010 4:54pm
G'day, This video is a high speed montage that shows 84 daily pictures of my Mission 1 physique transformation. The time period is between November 8, 2006 and January 31, 2007 across 3 different countries, Japan, Australia and Hong Kong. My goal for this mission was to eat a chocolate birthday cake while holding a six-pack of abs (NOT beer) for my 33rd birthday on February 1st, 2007. New Video: 28 Days In 12 Seconds - My Weird Fat Loss Journey

Posted in Training  :  Dec 28, 2010 4:54pm
You'll have to see it to believe it. I was down and out after failing (again) to transform my physique, then I discovered something very powerful... 28 Days In 12 Seconds (YouTube) Apologies in advance for the pyjama shorts as I never thought I'd have the guts to put this online. Peace, AJ Real-Time-Physique-Blog.com
