When I Started: Jun, 2005
How I Started: I began lifting weights to gain muscle, size, density, whathaveyou. I have a fairly lanky frame and I struggle to put on muscle in all areas except my back.
Why I Love It: Working out is always loyal and honest. In the gym you go by the numbers, you also improvise, but the randomness in the weight room always results in progress whereas randomness in the real world can end in tragedy. It also is an incredible means to cure stress from daily life.
How I Stay Motivated: Keep in contact with other people who share similar goals. If I ever feel in the dumps or hit a plateau, I convince myself that it's just another hurdle to jump.
BB Accomplishments: Keeping lean.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Add 20-25 lbs of muscle, especially Chest, Arms, Delts, and Lats
Goal (Long): My goal weight is between 180 and 200 pounds, but I would like to maintain a 6-8% bodyfat within that weight range. I would like to accomplish 17' arms, and add considerable mass to my shoulders and delts.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 6%

Well U R LANKY NO MORE..Body is quite muscled and defined from the solid traps and shoulders to strong thighs via big chest/pecs and solid arms and lats. Great job and continued success...André
