I follow very basic lifting principles and shoot for progressive and intensity overload above all else.
I train every bodypart twice a week except for back, which gets 1 day.

My Nutritional Theory
My outlook on nutrition is quite simple:
I set a calorie, fat, and protein goal for the day depending on my current goals for body composition. Once I have fulfilled how minimums with wholesome, natural foods, I look at my vitamins and minerals and then fill those with wholesome foods as well. In almost all cases, I am left with a small amount of room to fill with "fun" foods which range from oatmeal and almond butter to ice cream and pizza. Typically over 90% of my diet is very healthy selections.
