Went with my older sisters boyfriend and got hooked. Also i wanted to get bigger for football.
Why I Love It:
Several reasons.
1. it makes me feel good about my self.
2. I like to see the results.
3. Any girl who says she dosnt like buff guys has never been with one.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's just something i love doing, so motivation has never really slacked. I also work out with my friends which makes it fun.
