How I Started:
Used to play alot of sports during school, football,rugby,atheltics. that kind of thing . After a while the sports stopped . Got lazy and out of shape. I finally woke up seeing how much weight i had put on and gave my self a new kick in life to sort it out.. so here i am.. a new me!

Progress,Seeing results is the key. Knowing your changing and the effort you have put in to see,feel better is the only way to stay motivated

Loosing 70lb in 5 months Entering local competions Changing my life... Getting dozens of emails on how could others do the same..How ive helped others is the best feeling..

If you would like to make your fitness goals come true and sooner than you thought possible I recommend you look into the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. We were amazed at the results and you may be too. Let us know if you would like more info.
