Wanted to get big, so I read everything I could find on it, started eating, got a gym membership, started eating, got a partner, started eating, and started lifting heavy. Oh yeah and I eat a lot too!

Yeah, i switch it up every week. One week I'll try to focus mainly on mid back or lower back. For mid back, I think for creating thickness, the best exercise is the t-bar row. For lower back, the one arm dumbell row.

I usually stick to the basics. I work out back once a week. I usually start my workout with deadlifts then move on to wide lat pull downs. How about you?
