I started when I was 13 to improve my body image.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes you feel (that pumped feeling) after workouts. I am mainly doing it to get fit and live a happy healthy life.

I want to be have a nice strong build. Nothing too big and scary, just a nice filled out build with a big chest, and nice sized biceps and shoulders.
