Train with 2 rugby mates and they can really push me too the limit. Love the feeling coming outta a gym recked but knowing that I've given it 100%
How I Stay Motivated:
Hiding the biscuit jar up on the highest shelf so I cant reach it!
And winding Dave up on our gym days together.
BB Accomplishments:
I won a argument against a Polish bodybuilder.
-Myself and Dave were using the squat rake lifting all kinds of sick weight when we were rudely interuped my a huge Polish BBer
Polish Bodybuilder: You mind keeping your voice down (points at me)
Me: Sorry I cant help it
Polish BB: Its very annoying, you should concentrate more on lifting and less on shouting
Me: You know what; I'll scream as loud as I like K
As the polish BB walks off pissed I add an extra 10kg to my squat and roar

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Look at what Dave(prop of my rugby team) is lifting and saying "Man, is that all your lifting I thought we were going heavy today."

Just wanted to compliment you on an outstanding physique. Great chiseled abs! Great symmetry. Whatever you are doing, it's working, so keep doing it. Keep it ripped, chiseled, and symmetrical and don't worry about size. Awesome! Anything else. Good luck in bodybuilding.
