My daily food intake is on my blog.
My supps are:
Animal Pak, Animal Pump, Fish Oil, and a T-Booster (which you at your age wont benefit from)Pak is a multivitamin. Pump is just for energy and a good pump in the gym. Fish Oil is good healthy fats (I eat alot of fats).
remember, FOOD first! Shovel the good stuff all day long and you'll grow. Supplements come last.
Yeah man, alot less carbs. But, dont change your protein intake! You should always at at least 1g of protein for each pound of lean bodyweight (or more protein, maybe even 1.5g per pound).
But theres alot of different ways to 'cut' as far as carbs go. You can go low carb, no carb, moderate carb, you can cycle carbs...lol its endless. I'm doing no carbs. I feel better on it, and I feel like it works alot better than low carb.
Its tough man, but eating is 80% of the game. You can lift and lift and take every supp under the sun and still look the same in a years time. But if you put as much thought into your eating (the hard part)as you do your training (the easy part), you'll come out on top.
Took me awhile to figure that out, but that is a guarantee.
Hey bro, was just checkin out your progress pics....great job! Everything seems to be commin along well, you are definately loosing bodyfat, while gaining muscle at the same time. Keep up the good work, its payin off!
G'day Adam, you're making solid gains there! I can see much improvement in your physique, for sure. Yeah, those arms are looking good. Keep pumping the iron, mate.
try doing some supersets to blast ur arms
like standing straight bar curls, into sitting preacher curls (free weight), and in between those preachers do hammer curls with free weights. use the standing curls to warm up and get your burn, then just go hard core on the other 2 and you'll be burning hard.. i then do sitting and standing curls with dumbbells to stretch out then hit the muscles more.
Hey Adam hows the training going man? You know, theres a guy in the gym that just started training while I do, and he looks JUST like you, haha. Kinda makes me feel like its you there. He's got alot of heart, he works out ALOT harder than most of the people there.
Anyhow, stay in touch man!
Well, your weight fluctuating from eating carbs isnt really a problem. If you dont eat carbs and drop the water weight it'll just come back when you eat them again. Plus it makes your muscles feel full and bigger. Like right now I'm cycling my carbs and I feel soooo flat and weak! But drink a gallon a day of water anyhow. Get a big jug and fill it up every day.
Oh, and dont forget a few things about the scale:
When you weigh in, do it at the same time every day: in the a.m. just upon waking, after you pee.
And remember the more carbohydrates you have in your body the more water you will retain, and that adds water weight and makes you feel (and look) bloated. Keep that in mind when doing weight checks.
Hey man just checked out the latest progress pics! Looking good! Especially in the front double-bi before and after... you can really tell you are loosing the weight around your waist, your biceps, forearms, AND shoulders are comming in very nicely! Keep eatin and keep sweatin my friend!
couple things.. exhale when you do crunches to you abs can contract.. go slow and concentrate.. other than that I think most important thing is body fat % .. when that drops .. they r hiding out under.. i know i have more!! where r those f'ers..
Thanks bro, anytime. And, the pics were taken roughly 3 months apart. Tryin to lean out now, the last 10lb of fat is prolly the hardest thing to loose it seems!
Didnt mean to break it up in 4 posts, but theres a limit to the amount of text.

Animal Pump - definately a staple in my training. This does lots of things actually. Creatine builds strenghth. It also has volumizers to give you a huge pump. And most importantly Pump gives me focus, big time. Those days you dont feel like workin out? Yeah, Pump puts that to the side for you and helps you do it anyhow.
Glutamine - I've started using this recently, it makes a big difference in my training. It lets me train HARDER, I feel less muscle soreness. It lets me train longer, and lets me (more importantly) recover MUCH quicker. So I'm ready in 3 days to train those parts again.
Whey - cause i cant eat enough chicken (protein) thru my day, makes it easier to eat alot.
Animal Pak - More than a multivitamin, but it gives me the basic nutrients I wont get just by eating food. Without these my body wouldnt perform as well.
