How I Started:
In February 2008, I weighed in at an astonishing 235lbs. I am 5,8"!! I had given up smoking 18 months earlier and changed job role from a very active one to a desk job. I was unhappy in myself and my relationship and I let myself go big time. Feb 18th I decided to do something about it. I started watching what I ate, bought myself an elliptical trainer and worked my ass off for six months and found myself at 168lbs looking skinny!
Why I Love It:
I love the extra energy I have. I love the comments I get from people I haven't seen in a few months. Most of all I like the feeling that as I walk out of the gym that I have achieved something.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and at photographs of how I was.
BB Accomplishments:
Was more a cutting exercise so far.....

I have been following Matt Danielssons Beginners Bodybuilding program for two weeks now. Early days I know...but...I have gained 7lbs!! I initially lost 65lb+ by doing up to two hours of cardio a day on a cross trainer. I stopped the cardio to start body building (apart from 20 mins at the end...
