so today it begins.
after 5months of not really being able to train really hard and grow due to wrestling season
i began my training allover again..started today with delts just to get back in the rythem of things. went extremly well my shoulders were feeling a major pump =]

congrats on the good season. i did wrestle in high school. now i do some grappling. mostly just for a cardio workout. and to inflict some pain once in a while, lol.

good luck in wrestling this year. great job in bodybuilding also. keep up the great work in bodybuilding and wrestling. stay ripped and work hard and you will gain that 15lbs of muscle.

hey so im thinking about either taking whey protein or creatine. but i hear creatine causes acne so im thinking more about whey. but my main goal right now is to put on size, so has whey put any size on for you?
