No worries mate, I guess sometimes it can be frustrating to see a lot of similiar questions in the workout programs sections. Your better off following someones journal for a bit and then asking them what they think.
re aggravated a previous labrum tear. needed to tighten up my form. i have stayed healthy by doing more horizontal back work (rows) and also by training with lower volume but high intensity. the higher volume work was killing my joints
I currently do everything once per week except chest, for which I have a "heavy" session and a "light" session.
You'll see better mass gains with a 1X/week split. Strength gains can be accelerated with a 2X/week split. I prefer a combination, like I use.

I just didn't want to start back to soon and mess anything up and then I didn't want to wait longer than I had to but ill wait a few more days and then start back like you said and see how it goes.
