Id say i fall into the supercharged metabolism category for sure. I superset everything, so when i go to the gym I am not spending any time sitting or at least, little to no time resting.
The little bit of cardio I do, is two days a week on a stairmaster.

As far as biceps go, Im not doing anything for them. They are coming along as a byproduct of doing dumbbell rows, pulldowns and other variations of those lifts.
For triceps, I start with weighted dips, then do rope pushdowns, and finish with single arm pushdowns, (alternating with reverse grip each set)
