When I Started:
Sep, 2008
How I Started:
I was 13 when i found my dads old weights. I started that summer and went ever since till i tore my Achilles tendon my senior summer. I kept going for a year after but i started college and lost time. My body started to ache and my Achilles started to go backwards.I started again and feel better than ever.
Why I Love It:
The feeling, the high that you get when you finish a set. The reward that you know that was all you and no one else. When you help someone else reach there goals that they thought were not possible.
How I Stay Motivated:
My mom encouraged me to play sports my entire life and a healthy life style is how i was raised. it is just imprinted in to me.

For me being natural is not taking any drugs such as steroids, clenbuterol, insulin, growth hormone, thyroid meds, etc. I stick to the basics with protein powders, creatine, vitamin & mineral formulas, glutamine, etc. As far as supplements go but food is and always be MOST important.
Thanks for the add to your friends list. I appreciate it!! I did not know i inspired so many, its a true honor and priveledge!! Take care and Happy 4th of July, you are what im fighting for!
