saw arnolds video with my best friend and said i could do that,i woke up one day and said lets do it..and here i am, amazing!!
Why I Love It:
the pump, the feeling, the looks i get. its a great way to get rid of the every day stress that women give me!

so i broke my goal of 200....just not the way i wanted to! mainly fat, i havnt really workout hard since last august. and i have let the holidays get the best of me. but now im back and ready to rumble with these weights. here i come.....

ive been training for well since 8th grade ya kno football lifting weights
then sr i was in offseason bout to goto college and i started hittin the weights to maintain it, not until dec when my bro past away did i hit the weights hard to release the stress, inteaed of goin to beer and drugs i went to the gym so the past 7 months actually lol

Try weighted dips, then close grip push downs superseted with wide grip push downs. I've worked them twice a week, with chest and then with bi's.
