saw arnolds video with my best friend and said i could do that,i woke up one day and said lets do it..and here i am, amazing!!

the pump, the feeling, the looks i get. its a great way to get rid of the every day stress that women give me!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
plan out my routine, watch some workout videos on you tube of what im training that day.

so i have changed my hours at work from working 7:30pm to whenever, to 6 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.! for the past week  i havnt had the energy to workout. i think about it everyday but i just dont have any energy. my body isnt used to getting up so early. no one should ever have to wakeup that early...

ive been training for well since 8th grade ya kno football lifting weights then sr i was in offseason bout to goto college and i started hittin the weights to maintain it, not until dec when my bro past away did i hit the weights hard to release the stress, inteaed of goin to beer and drugs i went to the gym so the past 7 months actually lol

Try weighted dips, then close grip push downs superseted with wide grip push downs. I've worked them twice a week, with chest and then with bi's.

MTSU bro, and def huh? well you should hit up Xpand, its in my supp list, i use that when i start cutting and it does the trick. Also i hear white flood is good, but i've yet to check it out. But Give that Xpand a cycle, see how you like it.
