I love ON's proteins, also using fish oil, ZMA, Universal's Atomic 7, a multi, and some joint stuff.

So, here are a couple of videos of how my Day 2 has gone so far. :) My training is complete for the day, just fueling the body with clean foods for the rest of the day to hit my macros, and I'll be posting/tracking my workout later as well for all to see. ^_^ Go to BodyBlog
