I was not sufficiently content with how I looked and how my body looked. To be honest, I was terrified with how I looked. I was weighing only 135 pounds, no muscle, super skinny and no definition what so ever. I reached a point in which I said to myself, “I need to start hitting the gym and focus on transforming my body to a point where Im content with it.”
With a more positive outlook on life and with the motivation of my best friend, I began to realize that as weeks and months went by, I started to gain some weight, and began learning more about the industry, supplements, techniques and simply what to do and what not to do while lifting. About 2-3 months after I started to see some results and saw that my body began to change, I realized I had gotten stronger and was lifting more than when I started.
Eight Months have gone by and I am definitely satisfied with the way things are going. I gained overall 40 pounds of solid muscle & I currently weight 165 pounds. Benching about 260 and I have gotten a good definition all around my body. Also I’ve gotten way stronger and my confidence has grown. I keep on working on building more muscle, and compete soon.

Why I Love It:
I love Trainning, because seeing RESULTS and my PROGRESS, keeps me MOTIVATED and FOCUSED in order To work harder and GET STRONGER. Amazing feeling & Keeps me HEALTHY.

Description: This is my LAST SET. 225 Pounds - Repping 6 Times. On The LAST 2 reps, i focused on going deeper and focus on explosion. AFTER This i jumped for a DROP SET and finished.
Bench Pres ( Warm up )

Description: This is my WARM UP SET. 135 Pounds - Repping 22 Times. This is BEFORE I Start my regular work out on bench. Which consit of 5 Sets. Each set I'm increasing the weight and it goes. 12.10.10.8.6 and last set includes a DROP SET.
Overhead Tris

Description: Squeezing @ the end of each rep. 10 reps of 175. Overhead tris, elbow close to your head and not moving it. In order to keep your tris nice and tight.
