Alright, I found out something new when it comes to me and gaining strength. Not going into a bunch of details but basically, I increased my pull-up by 4 in less than a week.

Sorry I've been slow in getting back to you. I moved into this new apartment (shithole...the windows face a hallway with more windows that face a brick WALL. Lame). I'm sticking around campus for the summer working and working out. Not sure if I'll do another show yet...now my goals are more oriented around acheiving a certain feat. Most notably, a muscle up. So close! My form just sucks. Alrighty, I won't go on and on otherwise I'll bore you. How's life for you?
umm i drink most of my water at the gym but i know its not nearly enough. I usually fill my water bottle up a few times. And yea still with the diet, haha.
no, not really, my main focus in life is not to land a guy, but if one comes along that is worth my time and can handle me then yea im in. Idk, i dont go out searching for them.
Thanks, I don't really do much for abs. I usualy do just a 10 minute workout on some exercise DVD's.. works for me I guess! :) I'm thinking about adding some weight though.. to see what I have hiding!... how have you been?
blood, sweat and tears. lol... jk. I dont really have secret b/c everyone knows a nice set of abs is never a walk in the park, it take time, and dedication.
yea im going to to build back up. I dont really like bulking but it will lok better once i get used to it. I still gotta keep lean, so it hard. Bulking and leaning out at the saem time, a little counter productive ya know... ahah do i look like the crying type. Come on now, give me a little more credit thatn that. lol
yes iost alot of strength and size while at training sadly. Red phase almost killed me. I went in barely above weight and i lost at least 10lbs of good hard earned muscle. I now have to get back into shape now. ugh!
i loved rucking. I did a 30k ruck for the german armed forces proficiency badge which i ended up getting in gold, and i did that ruck in 3hrs and 47minutes.. 30k is about 19.7 miles i think. so i mean i like to ruck more than most people.
