Monday: Back, abs, cardio (consisting of: 1 hour of running) Evening: Dance Class
Tuesday: Legs, abs, cardio (consisting of Kick boxing & 45 mins sprint intervals with running club)
Wednesday: Biceps, triceps, abs, cardio (Consisting of Spinning class, 45 mins Steady hill run)
Thursday: Chest, Shoulders, Calves, Cardio (Consisting of 8 -10 mile run, with running club)
Friday: Back, Abs Cardio (Consisting of 1 hour Spinning, & Pad Work, core work) Evening: Body Pump Class
Sat: 1 hour Run, followed by 2 hour Astanga Yoga
Sun: Legs & Abs, 2 hour Dance Class
This programme can change on a monthly basis, depending if I have any races.Marathons coming up, then would increase my running to 40-50 miles a week. |
