I competed in alot of races when i was at School and progressed from there. I now run Marathons and got down to 3.40 hours and when I am not training, I like to combine my time either by boxing, yoga, horse riding & dancing.
Why I Love It:
I love to push myself 110%, knowing I can out run someone, as i am very competative. Ive worked hard to get to my level and just push myself, because i have to work hard at it than most people.
How I Stay Motivated:
knowing the more i train/excercise, the better body I will have and the happier I will be. plus my 8 year old son keeps me busy with his excercise activities.(he does more than me)
BB Accomplishments:
none to date, but would love to compete in a competition, but have a long way to go yet. Maybe thats my next goal in life.

Want to lose 3-4 pounds and compete in first fitness pro comp!!
Goal (Long):
Want to lose a bit of weight then build lean muscle. I want really stream lined toned legs and hard abs. More importantly want to be fitter than i am now. I am only short, so cannot afford to build heavy muscle, as will end up looking like a man!!! Would love to compete in a Fitness Pro Show one day. New info: Hopefully be competing in the London Triathlon Champs next year, fingers crossed!!
Woken up this morning and have pulled a muscle in my upper back. It hurts when i Breathe, so got a Physio Session tonight. Always the way when my training goes really well, then i get a minor set back. Wanted to do so much training over the weekend, but will have to rest it today and see how I...
You're so puuuuuuurty! :D I just read your goals, and I don't think you could look ANYTHING like a man, LOL!! Good luck with your first fitnese competition!
Last year I did four. It's not the best way to go though. I would stick to two or three. I need to take more time between shows to tweak all the areas where I need more work. Wish you the best of luck in September!

Good to hear! I'm doing great, training on a new workout routine and seeing more progress so thats always good. Eating is better too. When are you planning to compete? I have though about the fitness comps, just have to get someone to help with the routine right?
