Right after I lost my belly and decided to start lifting for teh hyoooge.
On the way to 240. I cut twice betwen this pic and the first, and lost lots of mass. I only plan to cut one more time and that is when the scale says 240.
YOur a ****ing god damn pussy...Your whtie as ****, no muscle foundation and your neg repping me, u pos, how about you post something in my thread you puss as ahole!
Sorry...I had to learn to stay away from the scale...I became obsessed years ago with weight (weighing in everyday), and completely disregarded body comp. I'm usually right around 140 though.
Yeah, I've been "fapping" to this picture of you flexing your back with your lovehandles just peaking into the bottom of the screen. It's like soft core porn to me! (no homo)
Screw you, you conceited *******. I'd rather not look at your pictures of yourself at 171. I guess you are just dying for attention and felt the need to post a message on my board because I looked at your profile a couple weeks ago because I wanted to see what ******* negged me for asking a question. Find something better to do then boast about your transformation on my wall.
Ooow-rah!! Always great to meet another Rescue Swimmer. I myself performed this duty on the Persian Gulf during the Persian Gulf War. What a rewarding experience it was. All my previous physical training came into play here. Regards, Scott
