How I Started: This all started as a bet with a best friend. I was tired of getting crap about being smaller than him. Soo i bet him $50 that by end of summer i would be bigger than him. And i won mainly for the bragging rights.
Why I Love It: Now it has become an obsession. 5 to 6 days a week. For some reason if i miss 2 days in the same week i feel like i've lost it all. Normal? I dont know.
