Have always been active in a variety of sports, but lifting has been an on and off thing. Had some medical issues a few years back and have been trying to get back on track ever since.
Why I Love It:
Sad to say, I am not sure I do. I like a number of sports (mountain biking, road biking, snowboarding, etc) but I consider the gym more of a necessity than a passion.
How I Stay Motivated:
No other choice I guess. I don't like going to work either but I still show up everyday :)
This is the aftermath of my whole medical fiasco. I just found this picture, didn't realize there were ever any taken with my shirt off in this time period. I was getting ready for Livestrong 2007, even when sick I did my best to exercise, but it was hard. That event almost killed me :(
Flu set me back, did very little cardio last three weeks...but weight maintaining (209).
