I got really started by watching pumping iron and reading BB magazines as a kid, I was also inspired by alot of my friends becoming these huge beasts.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it gives me confidence, keeps me out of trouble. I love the intensity, I love the burn in the gym, I love the respect you get for your hard work. To me its not only about getting huge, but also about what other great things it can do for you like how I listed above, its probaly one of the best things ever, and I don't think I will be quiting this great lifestyle anytime soon.
It also Makes me feel good about myself, alot of people look average, I say forget that bro, I want to look different to the average people you see everyday. Its a great stress releiver, alot of ppl smoke and drink for stress, to me squating 300 plus takes stress off for me and hitting the gym hard.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by watching bodybuilding videos, posters and articles. I see members on this board too who also motivate me, especially in the post your pictures thread.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from a skinny 160lbs 18% BF, to 195lbs 14-15% BF in 6 months
I seem to receive alot of P.M's on Nutrition advice, Training & other General things, please give me time to reply, I don't mind answering your questions, Just bare with me, thanks ladies and gents.

I weighed around 160lbs here, not so sure about BF. Maybe around 10% IDK.
Now after 6-7 months of hard work, I now weigh around 195lbs, 14-15% BF. And yes I am leaning down to around 185lbs, 12% BF no lower than 182lbs.
My new short term goal is to hit 180-185lbs, 10%-12 BF. My long term goal is 200-210lbs, 10% BF. I want to be half the size of Arnold Schwarzenegger when he was around 19 years old.
Goal (Long):
I always was ripped as a kid, I was working in a big retail store constantly moving heavy gear, like logs, machinerys, stock and etc. So I was ripped, but I did'nt have the mass like everyone else did. I always used to sit in my room reading bodybuilding magazines, from there I knew I wanted to get big, but I still did'nt know how to do it. At the time I was around 150lbs, 5'9, 8% BF. I was skinny but lean, still after 2 years not working out properley I stil gained something about 30lbs, alot of it was fat, and I obviousley did something wrong, so I manged to go up to 170lbs or so. Then I started cutting. and cutted down to 155lbs, from there I got serious about 4 months ago, I got my shit together, I was sick and tired of taking steps back and wasting time. So I started reading a crap load on BB.com articles, I learned so much info, and in 4 months I bulked to 195lbs, and I was happy with the progress, I put on alot of muscle, but fat aswell, so I am now cutting down to 180lbs, 10% BF, then I will make sure I lean bulk 215lbs, then cut down to 10%, I know how to clean bulk properley now, so I don't want to make the same mistake of packing on too much fat again.
Hey man I was just browsing through your thread in the post your pic forum. I just wanted to say thank you for being kind and helpful to everyone. There are so many ass holes who want to shoot others down to build up their egos and Im glad to see there's people who are actually helpful on here.

Good lat shot there. Another good thing about home gyms is they're never closed on the holidays. Also the commute is short so no excuses. However mainstream gyms are indispensible for some workouts so I do both.
ok I am liking the new avatar a lot keep this one up! Well I did get permission to have two candies, but that was all and oh ya the Easter bunny was nice enough to let me have a few glasses of wine, ha! So we shall be cutting together...argh...good I have a partner to complain to ha!
