I've been playing competitive sports all my life. I was a three sport athlete from grade school all the way through college. Gotta love being in the weight room and staying in shape.
Why I Love It:
I love that Pump'd feeling after you get done working out. Also, i love knowing that it's keeping me looking good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love pushing myself to new limits all the time. Just recently I started to do crossfit and a little gymnastics just as new ways to push my body to the max.
hey bro how are ya ? I am doing good.. had to take some time off to recuperate but i am back at it swimming lifting and running I am doing weights and cardio almost every day . still gunning for 8-10 bf for myself
Wow Andrew, I'm amazed at the progress you've made in your new progress pictures. You've really been working hard and packing on some lean muscle and great definition too. Your chest has gotten much thicker and arms have really swole up too. Midsection is staying lean also in prep for the cut later on to see those abs. Keep up the great job man!
Hey Andrew, just trying to check back after several months. I've been getting back in it again the last couple of weeks. Doing well on the diet and trying to get the workouts to fit into the schedule. How are things going on your end? I don't see any latest progress pics either so give me an update when you have a chance.

I got back into the gym yesterday after a month off. ran for 30 minutes and lifted for 45 . I am sore but happy ... back at it today again ... lifting really helps me stay sane these days. still going fro 8-`0% bf at 14.5% now .... got new tattoo check it out how are ya ? subscribe to my journal too . Andrew, you've been making some great progress of the last year. Can definitely see the results. Great muscular physique with some great definition. Really shows in your pecs, abs, and arms. Keep up the great work and I look forward to following your progress!
