How I Started:
I just thought one day while looking in the mirror " i need to fill out abit" so i started going gym and by fill out i mean fill out get rid of the ribs showing ect.
Why I Love It:
Its may sound werid But i love the pain thats in the muscles when lifting weights and just knowing that once i have do it for a while i may look like RANDY ORTON.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just imagine what im going to look like once ive been going and training for a while and that one day i may look like randy orton.

To have a stomach,arms,shoulders, everything like the pro wrestler RANDY ORTON.
