Background

When I Started: Oct 2003
HOW I STARTED:

I deployed to Bosnia weighing about 205lbs and was kind of fat. We had a nice gym there and I started lifting.

WHY I LOVE IT:

The feeling of power when I lift something heavy.

jforse2801 I'm still in. The CO for the OCS program would not let me Commission after I shadowed in C troop. They were supposed to let me take another PT test and push me along. I currently help instruct Red Phase at RSP drill and Im waiting on the MEB process. Back is finally starting to feel better. Im in the middle of SMDC spinex program which should get me strong enough to start lifting again. I wish I was with you guys on this deployment! Good luck and stay safe! Aug 12, 2011 4:17pm

jforse2801 I actually cut this summer as well. Not really by choice but the abs are looking good. Im going to try for 12-15 pounds this winter on my next bulker. I have a buddy that is a paratropper in the Army. He loves it! Does not love Iraq though! Aug 16, 2007 9:08am

BrickHouse83 Make sure if you get that Grilled Creations chicken seasoning, that you get the one that says "Spicy". I accidentally got the plain one and it isn't very good. I leave for combatives level one sunday. Have a good one! Mar 31, 2007 4:40pm
