Reason: It's nice to see someone with so much discipline. You've been at it for almost as long as I've been alive, and obviously know what you're doing. It just pumps me up to know that if I train hard and eat good I can end up looking awesome in time. It's not a quick fix type thing. Thanks for all the advice in the gym. Update your profile!!
