Al--1961 Great job, way to go. I get up at 4:20-4:30am for 5am workouts, since that's the only time I can fit it in on a regular basis. I certainly don't "feel" like it some mornings.....LOL. But always glad I did afterwards. :-) Have a great weekend. Feb 25, 2011 2:25pm

Captain Ahab You don't appear to be in too bad of shape and to firm up I suggest you eat 5 to 6 small, high protein, low glycemic carb and good fat meals per day, that will include protein shakes. Lift weights 3 to 4 times a week and do various forms of cardio at least 3 times a week. Maintain this for a minimum of 12 weeks you will soon see the bodyfat shrinking and muscles getting defined and toned. Feb 24, 2011 2:32pm
