How I Started:
I went to my doctor for my regular exam and found out my weight, I knew it was time. I never kept a scale at home, but of course when your clothes don't fit, you figure you gain a few pounds. For me, it was more like 50, and right there I had to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
It helps me to relax and start my day out right. I also enjoy the results, having shaved more than 55 lbs. off my frame, it makes a difference.
How I Stay Motivated:
I focus on a specific goal in mind, whether its to loose fat or gain muscle, and work to acheive my goal within a timeframe. Once that happens, I take a week off, and then start something else. Changing my routine has been big in helping me stay motivated.
