Abdominatoris inspired by djdannycosmo. Reason: "Excellent transformation! Danny is proof that if you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything. "
Dennis' transformation from his youth is amazing. He trains 'hardcore' in his private backyard gym and has built an impressive physique. He's also turning out to be a great physique photographer (especially considering that all of his progress photos are using a tripod and self-timer). Imagine what he can do if/when he takes photos of someone else. Awesome job, Senor Gonzalez! I'm proud of you!
Description: It's a video of ME! Basically, it's a video collage of my preparation for the 2003 Gainesville Bodybuilding Competition (which I won the overall title in the Men's Open Division).

Ok, quite a few folks have asked me what I've been doing for chest lately, so here it is.
StressMonkey and I have both been pretty consistent with having pushups as a daily part of our chest workout, so here's my structured pushup routine that I do:

skip, i've been following your carb cycling regime to the letter and have been getting amazing results. thank you so much. i've been SO on my game about glycogen depletion/loading. i've been researching it like crazy and then putting it into effect. really outstanding stuff.
thanks for those kind words brother.. you are in really good shape.. you are very inpirational bro.. good luck on ya goals.. have happy holidays... Adonis
How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.
We gotta rep for the over 40 and show these kids we still have something to offer. I'm gonna bench 400 on my 42 B-Day thats my personal goal. Maybe then my chest will be as big as yours.
I recently switched up my workout plan...I do Back,Bicep-Legs-Chest,Triceps, Shoulders (3 times a week) and circuits 3 times a week dealing with the same muscles groups so I work out each group twice a week. I rest Sundays. As far as m diet....lol! I have been eating boiled eggs and toast in the morning, subway for lunch and whatever my girl cooks for dinner. Usually she cooks very healthy. I am feeling better about my new workout schedule. Need to start seeing abs! Any suggestions??
at the same calorie level. Or would it be the same really. I just dont have a big appetite at all and the more moderate approach seems much easier to stomach due to caloric density of fat. When you started gaining did you always keep fat low?
