Ok, quite a few folks have asked me what I've been doing for chest lately, so here it is.
StressMonkey and I have both been pretty consistent with having pushups as a daily part of our chest workout, so here's my structured pushup routine that I do:
Hey Skip, thanx for the luv on the back. I have a few new pics to post, and they'll be up today. I'm training my ass off as I bulk up in the winter. I hate being an ectomorph, but a brutha needs those extra calories to grow. I'm approx 150 lbs now, trying to get to 165. I'll be eating like I'm crazy. My next compe will be next year, just trying to put on as much mass as I possible can while staying as lean as I can. I'm on TrueMass and a few other good stuff to get them muscles going.
Thanks for the add! I am working out 6-7 times a week. I am doing about 2/3 Cardio and 1/3 weights. I think the workouts are working. I am still trying to get my bf% down but I do not want to loose muscle in the process. My food is good but it is getting harder to loose the fat. Any suggestions?
Yeah in the spring or early summer of 2010. Right now bulking up trying to get to 185 atleast the cut up late winter. It will be my first if I do so I will be madd nervous. Lol

i'm wondeing if you can tell me how to use whey protein in the right way .. right now i take 1scoop after my work out .. shall i take another one before my work out ?? & is it enough ?? cuz honestly i wanna be bigger, idk if i should use another thing with whey ..

thanks alot dude, your progress is amazing, im trying to gain alot of weight in muscle, i wanna get my body to get like yours. what do you reccamend? i work out 5-6 days a week, i use protine and i try to eat as much food as i can(steak, grilled chicken ext.), but i have not gained any weight but i do see somewhat progress. do you have any advice ?
