How I Started:
Started going with my brother back in the early 1990's. didn't really stick to anything religiously, but I eventually became hooked on lifting.
Why I Love It:
I love to became stronger and healthier than I have been in the past. Plus lifting is the only thing I really like to do.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by focusing my training on competing. I feel by having competitions or goals set that it will help you stay focused and push hard in training.
BB Accomplishments:
I will be competing in my first powerlifting competition October 6, 2007.

I use the basic Korte 3x3 system, which many are familiar with but do not follow. For those of you not familiar with this type of training it's two phases consisting of a high volume phase and a high intensity/power phase.
