How I Started:
I'm petite with a natural athletic build. However, I started working out about 2006 to start training for pole vaulting and I also cheerlead.
Why I Love It:
it is a good feeling of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
Listening to music. Seeing my abs get stronger and my dance moves more intense so the boys can't handle 'em! Also, I like my butt getting toned.
