Need to shed 20 pounds (current 190) in two months.
Goal (Long):
I only get to workout thrice a week for an hour and no option for cardio at the moment. Saving up for a treadmill and currently have a bench and a single station gym setup at home. I don't want to lift heavy weight but just want my body to be athletic and chisled with broad shoulders and back complimented with a six pack. Overall I don't wanna look too heavy muscled. Am looking to be in proper shape in like 3-5 months. I understand the chisled look will only happen with a good balance of cardio and weight training. I'm not too literate with the muscle names and seldom have time to learn them due to my busy lifestyle.

I want to LOSE 20 lb
