Two-a-Days!!! Bodybuilding in the morning 6 days per week, Powerlifting at night 3 day per week, and Cardio and Abs 3 days per week!

Monday: (am) Bodybuilding - Back

             (pm) Powerlifting - Squat

Tuesday: (am) Bodybuilding - Biceps

              (pm) Cardio + Abs

Wednesday: (am) Bodybuilding - Legs

                   (pm) Powerlifting - Bench Press

Thursday: (am) Bodybuilding - Triceps

               (pm) Cardio + Abs

Friday: (am) Bodybuilding - Chest

           (pm) Powerlifting - Deadlift

Saturday: (am) Bodybuilding - Shoulders

               (pm) Cardio + Abs

Sunday: Rest

Nothin special... Just the Basics...

This is per day. I typically eat about 5-6 meals each day. So you can divide each by 5-6 and get my average meal. (Obviously its never exact)


Calories: 2,500+

Fat: 70g

Carbs: 320g

Protein: 200g
