Good to hear ur training is goin well, but best to stay rested till ur fully recovered otherwise the sickness will keep bugging you. My training is goin great thanks, suffering a bit from numerous xmas day lunches and dinners tho lol. Merry xmas mate and happy new year

Thanks for the add man. Make sure you encorporate lots of compound movements like squats, deadlifts, bench, barbell row etc if you are after muscle mass.

Train with a partner is the best way, and also since ive started personal training ive learnt alot. but doing strenght only training (low reps, heavy weight) helps get ur lifts up there

Oh right, then work on your core strength before you attempt squats and deadlifts. good one for the back are plank/prone holds and back extensions arent too bad either. no worries at all mate.

Fair enuff mate, but yea remember doesnt happen over nite =) Just stick to it and i also recommend compound exercises that involve more than one muscle ie, squats, bent over rows, bench, deadlifts etc. It will help with overall mass, and since they are high intensity exercises they help with fat loss.
