was always skinny (weighing in at 121 lb in 2003) and wanted to bulk up. so started going to a gym with mates. have been hooked ever since, and now working as a personal trainer

Feeling the burn!! Feel better about myself and have much more energy.

Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
I'm new to this site, and i have been taking a look around at peoples profiles. Ive seen alot of inspirational stories about people losing weight and overcoming injuries and diseases, which is fantastic!!
trainings been going great for me...been sick the past couple days so been out of the gym...but hoping to jump back into things tomorrow...how things going for you?
Training is good trying to increase my front squat from 250 to 260+ while losing a lil more fat... wut did u do for your bench and squat they r very good lifts for your height and weight

Oh sweet thanks bro for the advice, ill be using that for sure. I havnt been doing exercises such as deadlifts and squats because i hurt my lower back about 10 months ago pretty bad and didnt want to make it any worse now by hitting it with those exercises and especially with me not knowing exactly what i was doing, but its definently on the mend so you never know lol. But thanks anyway :)
