Yeah I have. I don't like the way it tastes (too much like cod liver oil) so I try to put it into my protein shakes. I also love olive oil.

Lately I have been cutting my carbs three days a week. I used to be unable to cut carbs at all because I was miserable to be around and I would get headaches. But I have been increasing my healthy fat intake and that helps a lot.
