How I Started:
I looked in the miror one day, and didn't like the skinny kid i was looking at. So a week later i started to workout in my basement and thats how i got started. ---------------------------------------- ok so the date on the screen isnt when i really got started. i got started in 2007 some time, but i had to stop because i had some strange thing happen to me, my vains they got really thin, in my legs and arms and then the joints started to hart but only my nees and albows. i could hardly walk and then i went from 155 pounds to 135 in a few weeks. the doctor said that only old people get this. and i started to lol and then he said it should only be a few weeks and it will go away but in bad cases it doesnt. but i my case it wasnt bad and it went away. i will be adding some pic of it some time or other. after that i got up to 145 and then i got the flu and lost 15 more pounds. in the begining of 2008. well it all happened in the begining or 2008. the way i see it everone has there probloms and that is what happened to me. then this past september 2008. i started back, and here i am now back at 155 and still as happy as ever. and that is how i got started.
Why I Love It:
i like working out becuase i like seeing the results, such as getting tune and seeing that my self-esteem grows when someone complimented me.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated because i know that one day i will reach my goal, of haveing my perfect body and when i do, i will do anything i have to,to keep it. well almost anything.:)lol

i have none at this time. but i will some time in the ner future.
