When I Started:
Aug, 2007
How I Started:
I just got to the point where I knew tons of cardio was no longer the only thing I needed. I have lost a lot of fat, I watched the movie 300 and realized..I NEED TO GET CUT!
Why I Love It:
Because over the last 4 years I have been able to see that the body can benefit tremendously from physical exericise, i.e. losing 50lbs. Also, it is one of the few things in this world that I can control, my success is all up to me/myself and I.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at senior pictures that make me cringe, and actually being able to enjoy life now without huffing and puffing within the first 2 minutes of any activity.
BB Accomplishments:
No specific body building accomplishments...Keep checking though...

I want to be able to feel confident at the beach next summer!
Goal (Long):
I am 5'9" and weigh in at a whopping 188lbs...of pure fat Im sure. I have lost about 50lbs since high school(2003), but have never really had definition or tone to my body. I dont look like a slob, but when the shirt comes off, its not a pretty picture. I am tired of looking in the mirror and seeing a soft body that is weak. The sweet taste of victory from losing the 50lbs has officially worn off, and it is time for me to transform my body into the lean man that I know I can be.
So for the last few days I've been reviewing tons of BodySpace profiles and the picture galleries...everyone looks amazing!!!
You all just made it look so easy!! After my workout today I realize that I really am CLUELESS on how to start this. From what Ive read/studied from different...
Aaron, awesome accomplishment dropping 50lbs of baggage. That in itself is an accomplishment. Constantly stay on this site and you will stay motivated. Hell, it works for me. Good luck bro!
Thnx 4 the sweet comment bro. And congrats on your accomplishments! You should be proud. Plenty of drive and lots of sweat are my biggest contributors to get where I'm at. Keep up with that and you'll be there in no time flat. Keep me posted of your progress
