AFTER SOMETIMES, THEY SAID I LOOK BIGGER, ITS CUZ I KEPT ON LIFTIN N EATING NATURALLY, THERE! NATURAL BODYBUILDING LAST LONGER THAN I EXPECTED. I USED TO TAKE PROTEIN SHAKE BACK BEFORE I START NATURAL BODYBUILDING N I LOST ALL MY MUSCLE WITHIN 3-4 DAYS CAUSE I SPRAIN MY WRIST BUT NOW NATURAL ONE, JUST STAY THERE. NATURAL IS ALL THE BEST!

yeh man keep going no matter how good it may sound that **** aint natural. i was brought up the Samoan way and us samoans are huge built so i know what kinda food to be eatin that taro,green bananas pig,chicken.... haha stay strong my man.
