At first I wanted to get down to 215, now I'm down to 215 but it happend fairly quickly, And in just a month from cleaning up my diet, and working out 5 days a week I went from 227.6 down to 215 in just a couple days over a month, lost 6% body fat, and gained 6.4lbs of fat, and even my bone mass went up .4 so now for the most part alls I have left is around my stomach to get rid of.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
