How I Started:
I graduated from college where my second major was pizza and beer. I moved to a new city where I started my new job, and decided that it was time to first lose the weight put on then to sculpt my body. And I quit smoking and did not wana get fat from that.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, because with out it you look like my starting pictures.

My goal starting this journey Was first get down to about 190-195 lbs. Now my goal has grown. I have reached my goal and am now shooting between 190 and 195. I have thought long and hard on the direction to go first. I think I will stay with my diet I'm on now and lift along with the cardio to lower my BF %. By january I would like to start a cut cycle in order to look like a muscle diagram by memorial day. Im talking single digit BF %. Durring the summer I want to maintain then in the fall start a bulking phase followed by a cut in Feb 09. At this time I will decide if I want to compete or not.

I want to LOSE 30 lb
