In 6 weeks:
I want to be 185-190 pounds. Work has been draining my time and energy for the past week, and it's only gona get worse....so this will be tough.
By March:
I want to gain some serious muscle to my chest, shoulders and especially my arms. Maybe weigh around 200 - 207. But I want to keep it lean. Would hate it if I came back to the 200's and it was all or mostly fat.
I just read through his profile and already feel more motivated to push myself harder. He is a true warrior and defines what a real man is. He is proof that life will knock you down on your ass but you can get right back up and overcome.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I make my own workout log in microsoft Excel. More convienent for me then updating my bodyspace every week. It's motivating to see the progress and if I'm slacking I can catch myself early
LOL Yeah, big smiles cuz of no cheat foods over Thanksgiving or Christmas...I'm pretty sure I can handle anything now :) So have you lost weight since you stopped eating anything bad? I mean, aren't you feeling like unusually good without all that garbage? LOL
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you are proving that with hard work and dedication it can be. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. Keep believing & achieving.
No, not fair...there's a big difference between none and one every two weeks LOL Just try it and you'll see what I mean :) My tattoo says...There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.
Thanks...I blame it on the no cheat foods ;) About the half marathon training...I'd just gradually increase your distance by a mile every 3 weeks or so if you're running 3 days a week. Work your way up to 7 miles and you'll be good to go. Jumping rope would really help your wind too, but in the end, it's mostly mental!
LOL :) Well you can just start tonight cuz I'll definitely be making it through the holidays...I haven't lost 20 pounds for nothin! Come on...it'll be fun LOL
Haha, well aren't you quite the encourager LOL I'm actually looking forward to Christmas and New Year's cuz I know I won't be eating any junk this year...it'll be nice to focus on something besides food :)
LOL Well you don't have to I guess :) But that's right...ever! It's really not that hard...just a change in lifestyle is all...try it for a few months and tell me what you think :)
LOL I don't dislike cheat meals...I dislike how they make me look and feel! I just finally realized that I'd never consistently look the way I wanted to if I ate ANY cheat foods...so that's the rest of the story :)
LoL thanks so much for your compliments, each compliment i get makes me that much more determined to get sexy *wink* and thank you for the add ! i hope all is well on your end :O)
