A_Mascchanged Weight from 208 lbs. to 210 lbs., a 2 lb. gain in 35 days
165-168lbs. Before I started lifting. This picture is taken in a basketball game my sophmore year in high school. I started lifting the week after basketball ended.
Bench Press: 155 lbs
Vertical Leap: 20 1/2"

yea keep me updated train real hard. By looking at your dunk video you are a pure athlete the training should drastically improve your abilities. Keep your cardio up though thats one thing I never did in HS. PM me your address and I will mail you some brochures peace bro

yea thats good man. You will like those events the 100meters will get you ready for long jump. High jump is the most technique Im 5'9" but I can dunk.. I can't jump over 6 feet in high jump though its alot of form.
Real cool I was a state competitor in PA triple jump 2001 I placed in the top 15 I only did track two years and triple jump 1 year.. Its a lot of fun lots of pretty girls at the invitationals. What events do you plan on doing?
