Training's going great bro! Well..if you're trying to put on some solid lbs..I'd go heavier\8-10 reps..the high reps and less weight you got is more for definition. Nick

hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like?

Thanks a lot bro, you got a solid set of abs as well! I train mine 5 days a week for about 45 mins a day doing 4 different routines a day. Check my 2nd blog when you get a chance. Keep on training hard and take care.
