I've always be into sports i played high school football and i ran track so i stayed in shape. When i finished school and sports i found myself not liking my look any more. So i told myself it was time to get back into shape.
Why I Love It:
I just love the feeling i have knowing i'm in shape and that i have a healthy body
How I Stay Motivated:
The look i'm trying to achieve takes a lot of hard work and time. So when i think of what i need to do to achieve my goal that also keeps me motivated

hey marrvin, you look like your well on your way to the stage, plus the fact that you're 20+ years younger than me, you've got great potential. stay strong.
Man, I hate taking time off outside of my control and then coming back to find out "wow, all strength and power is gone." Don't worry about it though, it all comes back ... plus some.
Hi Marvin, I'm just stopping by to send you support. I have no doubt you'll reach your goals, because you seem very determined and focused. Expect only the best. :)
Keep rippin' it up in the gym and eating clean along with of course doing the required cardio will make sure that you hit that 8% goal. I wish you much success.
Awe, thanks Marvin!! I'd be happy to add you as a friend, and thank you for stopping by to send me words of encouragement. I plan to give it all I've got, and support from all of you is invaluable. It keeps me accountable, and lifts my spirit. Keep striving for your personal best, you deserve it, and you CAN do it!! :)
