I've always be into sports i played high school football and i ran track so i stayed in shape. When i finished school and sports i found myself not liking my look any more. So i told myself it was time to get back into shape.
Why I Love It:
I just love the feeling i have knowing i'm in shape and that i have a healthy body
How I Stay Motivated:
The look i'm trying to achieve takes a lot of hard work and time. So when i think of what i need to do to achieve my goal that also keeps me motivated

I had a dream that one day I had to walk though doors sideways.
Description: Four weeks after part 3, recored on 6-7-09. The gains I made where crazy in my mind. My 315 Flat bench went from 3 reps to 5 reps that's like a 10-20 pound on gain on my max. I was made about the 275 set, I normally get that for 8-9 reps but it just did not feel good so I had to re-rack it. I'll be back in a few weeks with a new video. My goal would be to rep 325 4 times with no spot. Check me out next month to see if I make my goal.
Full Chest Triceps workout Part 2 Bench Press
Played: 62
Description: Four weeks after part 1, There was some gain but I was not happy with this workout. I always do Triceps with chest so you will see both. I'll make a new video showing my gains at the beginning of each month.
Why I like this video: September 24 2007 trying to find my 1rm in the bench press i started with 335LBS. Then i got 345LBS Then 365LBS. I started working out in January 2007 at the time my 1rm was around 180-190LBS.
After Showing my max Bench press of 365LBS and getting there from 185LBS in about 8 months people ask what is my chest routine like. After the 365LBS video I had to stop working out for about a year or so. I just started back so I thought this would be a good time to show people my progress....
Man, you got me thinking my next training phase, I'm just going to sit up and work on my bench. LOL, You got me thinking I should be doing what you are.
Keep up the good work.
Ha ha, man, it looks like we're after the same thing. I get confused often on whether to work at bulking, cutting, or whatever so at this point I think I might as well just eat, train hard, do some cardio, and see where I go from there.
Ha ha, whats your training switched up to these days?
hey marrvin, you look like your well on your way to the stage, plus the fact that you're 20+ years younger than me, you've got great potential. stay strong.
Man, I hate taking time off outside of my control and then coming back to find out "wow, all strength and power is gone." Don't worry about it though, it all comes back ... plus some.
