How I Started: I've always be into sports i played high school football and i ran track so i stayed in shape. When i finished school and sports i found myself not liking my look any more. So i told myself it was time to get back into shape.
Why I Love It: I just love the feeling i have knowing i'm in shape and that i have a healthy body
How I Stay Motivated: The look i'm trying to achieve takes a lot of hard work and time. So when i think of what i need to do to achieve my goal that also keeps me motivated
