Why I Love It:
I have always been athletic but not always in great shape. In fact there have been a few times in my life when I was extremely out of shape. Those were very dark days for me. Bodybuilding has always been my solace that got me out of my funk. Today it is as much a part of me as brushing my teeth every morning. I love the way it makes me feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I stagnate I lose my motivation. It is all about continuous improvement and avoiding the status quo. I stay motivated by always focusing on that vision in my head of the perfect me. My goals then reflect what I think will move me in that direction.
BB Accomplishments:
I have never compete but may consider it in the future. I continue to accomplish many personal goals each year. When I achieve my personal goals I will be ready to step on stage.

After many years of struggling I think I've finally got this thing down (knock on wood). I have never had a problem with doing the workouts or the cardio but the diet was another thing. Up until 10 weeks ago I was never able to hit the diet without any slip ups for a long duration. ...
