So, it starts here. Not too enthused about where I'm at, but you gotta start somewhere. Definitely need to work on some key areas (ABS...LOL) that I've neglected but we'll get there.
Ok, so here's the deal. The past seven days I was in the "field" doing some training, it's hot as hell out...pretty sure I dropped a good deal of water weight. Pretty ****ty pic but, as I mentioned in the previous...I was bored.
Gain solid muscle, sustain those gains w/o feeling overly bloated. Last deployment I jumped from 225lbs. to 240lbs. but carried a lot of water weight. No doubt from all the water I was intaking but this go round I want to gain solid muscle mass but yet improve on my definition, not necessarily shred but have some solid definition.
